Total Insurance Works were recommended to us by a family member that has used them in the past. We found both John and Alan excellent to deal and very professional. They were always available to help with daunting discussions/negotiations with insurance company, assessors and contractors. Came home from a lovely sunny holiday to a big leak in my ensuite. Had absolutely no idea where to start or what to do... Found Total Insurance Work by chance on Google, and they all looked after me so so well. Alan was the man who initially called out and reassured me about everything, and from then I dealt with John, who made everything extremely easy for me. All the lads (Ollie, Jones, Ken & James & the rest of the crew) who done work in the house were all so friendly and I have to say that their work was absolutely spotless. Having previously had my downstairs tiles done by a different person, which was so messy, I was dreading the bathrooms getting redone, but there wasn't a bit of dust and I didn't have to clean a thing. So so happy that everything is done now before Christmas. Could not recommend Total Insurance Work enough. The bathrooms are absolutely perfect. Such a high standard of work and their attention to detail is amazing. Absolutely delighted overall. Couldn't fault a thing. We had a leak in the bathroom that came through to the sitting room. Gave Alan a call and it's the best thing we could of done. Alan and John are extremely friendly and approachable. We discussed our budget and they worked with us to maximise it. We had a new bathroom fitted and the sitting room ceiling replaced and redecorated. Alan , John and the team worked quickly , efficiently and with minimal disturbance. Work was completed on time and to a very high standard. I would have no hesitation in recommending these guys. We had John and the team in for about 2 weeks a couple of weeks ago to carry out repairs to a roof leak and bathroom damage from a recent storm.
