This homeowner had a leak from the bath in the main bathroom. This lead to water damage downstairs as well as in the bathroom. The home owner entrusted us to deal with the insurance company on their behalf in order to obtain the best settlement as a result of water damage. The list of insurance work was completed by us to a high standard and in a timely manner.
This resulted in a full bathroom renovation. The fixtures were removed. All new electric and plumbing installed. It was finished with new tile and fixtures.
All the floors were replaced downstairs with similar solid oak flooring. The hall ceiling was slabbed and plastered. The games room ceiling was slabbed and plastered.
The job was finished with a complete redecoration of sitting room, hall, stairs and landing, games room and bathroom ceiling.
