This client had damage to bathroom and kitchen ceiling due to a leak from the shower. We dealt with the home insurance company to facilitate the claim on behalf of the home owner. The list of insurance work supplied by the home insurance company was completed to a high standard.
We stripped out the sink, toilet and shower. The floor and wall tiles were removed. The walls were re-slabbed and the shower area was fully tanked. There was a new tiled floor installed and the walls were tiled half high with top half painted finish. The bathroom was fitted with new sink, toilet and shower with enclosure. The kitchen ceiling was replaced and plastered with full redecoration of walls and ceiling.
